Please find below our current terms and conditions of business.

Prices

We endeavour to hold our prices firm for a long as possible. However, where fluctuations in prices occur eg. Material cost etc., goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at date of despatch.

VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Carriage / Delivery

Carriage / Delivery costs are charged extra on all goods.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Claims that goods are faulty must be made to Sporty-Co within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that once goods have been signed for, this is taken as proof of delivery and consignments received in good condition. Do not sign for any goods which appear to have been damaged in transit or has damaged packaging. Where goods are not delivered the customer must inform Sporty-Co within 3 working days of confirmation.

Cancellations or Returns

Orders for specially manufactured products – whether special design, size or materials – are not subject to cancelation.

Return of goods will not be accepted for credit without prior permission. A handling charge of 20% will apply. Purchases will be liable for any costs incurred in returning products and restoring them to their original condition. This does not apply where there is a genuine complaint.

Specifications

All measurements quoted are nominal. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.

Ownership

All goods remain the property of Sporty-Co until full payment has been received. Purchases must inform any sub-purchases that these goods are sold subject to a retention of title clause and must impose such a clause themselves.
